Autism Fitness
Beth is a Certified Autism Fitness Practitioner. Beth has been working with the autism population for more than 7 years alongside with a network of other professionals to ensure a safe and successful fitness program for individuals or small groups. Together we develop and create a low stress, low anxiety environment with a balanced fitness program that is appropriate for those with autism. Instead of focusing on a sport or individual muscles groups we are focused on movement -based exercises to help the body to function as one unit for general fitness--pushing, pulling, climbing, jumping, and squatting. This builds the foundation for success in their daily living skills. It is my primary goal to help establish motivation to participate, move better, feel better, and establish autonomy.
